Warranty Policy

The White Teak Company - Limited Warranty

Valid for: 1 Year from the Date of Delivery

1. Coverage:

The White Teak Company provides a limited warranty for its lighting products against technical failures, including but not limited to faulty wiring or manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, if a covered issue arises, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

2. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental physical damage, including breakage, dents, or other damages caused by user mishandling.
  • Water damage, including exposure to moisture, humidity, or submersion.
  • Normal wear and tear or any modifications made by the user.

3. Warranty Claim Process:

To make a claim, customers must:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Ensure the product was used under normal operating conditions.
  • Submit the warranty request within the valid warranty period.

4. Limitations:

The White Teak Company shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product failure. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
